    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
